Scope & acceptance
These Terms govern your access and use of choiceimpactline.online and any services or custom jewellery provided by Choiceimpactline. By engaging our services you accept these Terms and any additional project-specific terms provided in writing.
- Service offerings include consultation, bespoke design, manufacture and delivery.
- Quotes and timelines are estimates and may be updated with notice.

Australian Consumer Law & Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have statutory guarantees which cannot be excluded. These include guarantees for acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and that services will be rendered with due care and skill.
Where goods are supplied for personal, domestic or household use, if a major failure occurs you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation for consequential loss under ACL.

Warranties, returns & remedies
Intellectual property
All design material, images, text and site content are the intellectual property of Choiceimpactline unless otherwise stated. Commissioned designs may incorporate client-supplied elements; ownership, reproduction and licensing terms will be agreed in writing prior to production.
Permitted personal use does not transfer copyright. For licensing or reproduction requests, contact Choiceimpactline.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choiceimpactline's liability for loss or damage arising from product or service supply is limited to remedies required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses except where law prohibits such exclusion.
