Australian Consumer Law & Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have statutory guarantees which cannot be excluded. These include guarantees for acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and that services will be rendered with due care and skill.

Where goods are supplied for personal, domestic or household use, if a major failure occurs you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation for consequential loss under ACL.

For further guidance, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your local consumer affairs office.

Warranties, returns & remedies

Manufacturer or supplier warranties (if any) will be provided with the product. These are in addition to statutory rights under ACL.

Custom pieces are made to specification. Minor variations in handcrafted items are normal. Final acceptance is confirmed on delivery or collection; raise any issues promptly for assessment.

Returns are handled in accordance with ACL. Custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless a statutory consumer guarantee applies. Contact us to begin any remedy process.

Intellectual property

All design material, images, text and site content are the intellectual property of Choiceimpactline unless otherwise stated. Commissioned designs may incorporate client-supplied elements; ownership, reproduction and licensing terms will be agreed in writing prior to production.

Permitted personal use does not transfer copyright. For licensing or reproduction requests, contact Choiceimpactline.
